I can't see anyone giving up a 3rd for Ritchie.

Don't seem to have a chance in LA? I'm pretty sure Kaliyev is close to on pace for 25 goals if he played a full 82 in LA this season lol.

Arthur Kaliyev and Matt Roy aren't available, and Toby Bjornfot wouldn't be a piece in a possible Chychrun trade. They need more LD, not to trade one out.

If we trade our 2023 first for Chychrun, there won't be much else going with it. Certainly not three players, including our best defensive defenseman and our best forward prospect right now.

Considering we have nine dmen, I'd say not.

LA is a team that would very likely have interest in Chychrun but that's probably not the package they would offer

Kaliyev isn’t going anywhere and neither is Roy.

Have at it with another RHD not named Clarke and I’m sure a deal can be made.

Also Anderson is doughtys #1

Why do people on here act like 10 1sts get traded at the deadline? So far the rentals fans think they're getting a 1st for are:

Horvat
ROR
Tarasenko
Kane
Toews
Gavrikov
Bertuzzi
Monahan
Gostisbhere
Klingberg

then theres guys with term like

Karlsson
Meier
Chychrun
Anderson

A whole lot of people dont get that its a buyers markets and fans are gonna be disappointed once they see the returns

3/4 of those will get a 1st or at least a package that equals the value of a 1st

I wouldn't mind another defenseman if we can manage to get rid of Dumoulin, but I don't think an offensive defenseman like Ghost is the move. Pens need another good defensive defenseman if anything.

Yeah my mistake I realised it should have been Walker instead of Roy. There's too many right handed d-man (Doughty, Roy, Clarke, Walker) so he's the odd man out. But I still think Arizona will get an 1st, prospect (young player) and a actual player weither it's a cap dump or not. In that case Walker could actually play a role in Arizona as the oldest d-man so he will be like the big brother for the younger guys.

Horvat, ROR, Tarasenko, Kane and maybe Gavrikov will. How will the rest of the ufas get 1sts? You think 10 1sts or players worth a 1st will get traded for rentals lol?

We will see come deadline. But there hasn't been a stacked trade deadline with this much talent that could be on the move in a while

Yeah exactly, which is why a bunch of players are going to go for cheap. Middle of the pack teams arent going to be selling the farm for rentals.

Thats just false, theres a few contenders that might double dip. there is also like 7-8 contenders that could 100% move there 1st round pick and/or the equivalent of that
