If I was the GM of the canucks I'd decline the canucks can more than likely get a 1st for kuzmenko especially at his cap hit and get one for Horvat do I believe I'd rather focus on gaining picks so we can get prospects from a very strong draft.

I like Parayko, but I'm not sure TOR can fit him in the cap situation for the next 3 seasons-- this also leaves 7/12 starting FWDS as UFAs, & with the Matthews, Nylander, Sandin, Liljegren needing new deals the following season, and replacing both goalies across each season. Without draft picks, and depleting some of the depth/pipeline, this is tough.

Also, not sure either of these trade values are enough to go through.
