Only way Ottawa moves JBD is for a top 4 dman or a piece that would go towards a top 4 dman. We'd take your 1st round pick but otherwise nothing else interests us

JBD is worth sooo much for Ottawa. were short on RD right now and it looks like he might be on the roster next year. I don't see Dorion trading him away. Our RD rn looks like Zaitsev, Hamonic(ufa) and holden(ufa) which isn't good. Zub is hurt and JBD is inching his way into the lineup but Dorion really needs to make a move for a solid top or second pairing RD. Were also looking for a goaltender depending on if Talbot gets dealt.

Conor Garland for the 12th OA at the next generational draft? and on top of that you also want Barron?

Because the habs arent giving up 2 1st round picks for a undersized middle 6 winger

Garland is nothing more than a 3rd line checking forward. That trade set the Canucks back so many years. They could've had Guenther and $12M in cap space this season, instead they got two busts. Money for Horvat, money to acquire a top 4 RD.

Garland is worth a late round pick at this point, he's essentially a cap dump.

Why? Garland isn't returning no 1st round pick, Especially one that's a top 11 pick in a very deep draft.

4.9m for Garland with term.....isn't even good value Sign a comparable player cheaper and get him free via UFA instead of giving up the first.
Example Leafs Jarnkrok and Garland have very similar offensive stats. Jarnkrok signed for 2.1m as UFA,.

Florida isn't making the playoffs. So it's still probably in the 13th to 16th overall range.

They've 30 games left, And outside of Ekblad their D is atrocious, Plus their goaltending with Bobrovsky has been shaky of late. There's no freaking way that Florida is the 4th best team in the Atlantic,

Definitely not finishing in the top 3 and Definitely not getting a wild card spot over the islanders who just added horvat
