They could make some moves still (nothing major I don't think), but maybe all Dubas does is use the cap to retain on 3 players and get back 3 4ths in the 2023 draft. Also, possible that Muzzin returns, they haven't said that he's done.

What I see as even more painful is the Leafs have so few draft picks....which means potentially cheap ELC players in the future, they are really going to restrictive in their bottom end signings to "shouldn't be NHLers"
