You've overpaid McLeod and underpaid both Bratt and Meier. Severson will want almost double that.

Tatar has been great and I would certainly welcome him back, but remember there have been criticisms of his playoff performances (or lack there of) in the past. Probably advisable to see how everyone feels after the playoffs ...

And you are spot on with Sever ... Sub 30 year old Right Handed Blueliners get PAID. Generally speaking, all these deals seem a bit too team friendly to be realistic, but I wouldn't complain if I am proven to be wrong.

You're 100% on McLeod as an RFA, but I assume he bumped it up to pay for McLeod passing on the UFA years at the end of this contract. It's not unreasonable to believe McLeod is worth 2.5 / 2.75 a year as a UFA. Oversimplified 2 years at 1.5 and two years at 2.5, meh, I could see it.

Severson isn't taking that contract so keep Walsh and let him play 3RD, use the money saved on either a 2/3LD (maybe graves on a shorter term deal) or if not roll Bahl at 3LD and use the money on a 1B goalie.
Also Mcleod gets 1.5 at most imo

He's replacement level. He should be paid a replacement level salary and play replacement level minutes. I still believe we have better options.
