I'd hate to move Suzuki after seeing him bounce back recently. That said, for this TK, I'd drive him to Philadelphia myself

Felix Sandstrom is 26 years old and has only 19 games in the NHL under his belt; it's possible that 22-year-old Lukas Dostal will have more than that by the end of this season, and Anaheim has two 20-year-old goalie prospects under contract for two more seasons (plus a young RFA), so I don't think that Sandstrom is on the Ducks' wish list.

Thanks for your input on the most meaningless trade I did.

I was previously told that a 1st, Suzuki + is too much tears of joy

Yeah, a 1st, Suzuki + seems a lot. However, 1st and a 2nd is a lot fairer

Okay then play Harkins that wasn't the point. Allison is not a need nor trading picks for a bottom 6 player that we have an abundance of. Just not a fit lol.

Well, I don't think that I could bear to live with myself if I let you continue to look foolish by repeating this trade in future ACGMs.

Don't worry, next time i'll just put "any team" so as not to get you upset.

Cool, once you start doing that, we can work on your attitude and maybe turn you into somewhat enjoyable person to converse with on this site.

Would be kind of interesting if couts comes back healthy and Philly can shine him up enough for a proper return and beat Dubois to Montreal and how much briere wants sanheim/couts/hart as his starting nucleus going forward. I feel like hart could be this generation of the oilers bill ranford going forward. Will be interesting off-season in Philly also

this might be the most realistic values i've seen on the philly rebuild for trades.

the only one i question is turcotte and a first for a pure OFD on a defensive minded team?

Provy is definitely not a pure offensive D man.

his best year was with niskanen a much more defensive minded player. which would mean he is more offensive minded because the two were so good together and they weren't a shut down pairing

and LA has DOughty and Durzi for OFD. i just don't see the fit?

Because I was tired of Canes fans whining about paying the proper price tears of joy

Should be Suzuki, 1st, 2nd (PHI)

Suzuki, a ‘23 first and a ‘23 second? I’d consider that but the way Torts raves about TK I doubt he goes anywhere. Philly needs elite talent. They aren’t getting that in this deal.

You aren't getting elite talent for TK and TK doesn't fit our timeline. He has to be moved while at his peak value.

Fair enough, ‘elite’ was the wrong word. That being said, trading their best skater for nothing because he doesn’t fit in with a rebuild is ridiculous. Especially because he turned 26 a week ago and could easily fit into a rebuild. Hell I’d consider tossing the C on his chest next season.

A Konecny trade at the draft would start with a ‘23 first and a good prospect. Preferably at a position the Flyers need: C or RHD. In this scenario a ‘23 first and Suzuki. Personally I don’t think Suzuki is a good enough return, or Carolina is a good fit unless they want to gamble on a straight up 1-1 with a guy like Jarvis.

I’d look at a team like Minni and hunt Brock Faber.

Doubt MIN can afford him and I definitely don't consider Faber a top prospect.
