From the Hawks perspective, you can keep all the extra stuff/players. Just increase that 6th rounder to a 2nd rounder in whatever year you'd like. Make it 2027 even, because KD's already got one in 2026.

I like the Murphy idea but think the actual trade is a bit weird. I think you can simplify it quite a bit. This makes a lot of sense for both sides though (assuming Buffalo isn't on his no trade list), in my opinion.

Lot of pieces there that would be of little to no interest for the Hawks beyond the 2nd. I've seen some other Buffalo AGM's for Murphy that include combo's of Isak Rosen, Bryson, & the 2nd. All 3 pieces I saw in one proposal is probably not overly realistic, but maybe something like Rosen, Bryson, and swapping the Philly 2nd for the worst one the Hawks end up with (NYR or Tampa). I would think Murphy has 1st rounder plus value. Rosen is that first, Bryson is some filler moving some cap and roster spots to make things work from both sides, and upgrading the 2nd 15ish spots would be the plus.

Olofsson with retention nets a 2nd.

Overpay for Murphy plus multiple pieces Chicago probably doesn't want anyways. Marjala isn't a throw in prospect. He's developing into a solid player.
