I can't see NSH having the slightest interest in either of those rentals, retaining that much on Johansen, trading Askarov, or the 1st. I guess Lauzon could be yours for a reasonable price though.

Pionk is a good trade for Detroit. I doubt they move the first but they have a bunch of early 2nds so one of those and a kicker if it's Zadina or Veleno or a later pick it doesn't much matter to me, whatever Winnipeg would want.

Nashville won't trade Askarov.
There is no reason to retain on Demelo, when he already has a solid contract.

Helle is from outside Detroit, which is closer to Ottawa than Winnipeg is.

Ottawa is far closer to Detroit than Winnipeg is it makes decent sense Hellebuyck to Ott
