Samberg is now a legit NHL defenseman, and will be in the top four in a couple seasons.

Samberg doesnt have the value in the sense that he is finally coming into his own but WPG values him a lot.

I doubt WPG will move him until next off season...we need another year for him

He would be perfect next to Drysdale haha, I just figured in a world where hes the odd man out (Which I dont think is likely) itd be worth looking into for GMPV. Samberg has looked great this year

he is solid defensively and blocks shots. it sure helps that he is a big guy who doesnt get pushed around

Jets probably keep him, wouldn't be worth a ton in a trade and he's one of the few dmen they have that isn't a runt.

I do agree he would make a great partner for Drysdale, but Samberg is so highly regarded, it won't happen.

Every fan base on here has members of the fan base that overvalue prospects, or scream at any mention of any prospects being traded. Pick any fan base and they will act like a 2nd round pick from three years ago will only get traded for McDavid.

I though you were just being dramatic starting the sentence with Drysdale, as it was explicitly laid out above, we would be trying to acquire Samberg to play with Drysdale.
