Swayman on the Sabres would be nasty and no way they match that with Ullmark making $5m UNLESS they move Ullmark and all of his $5m for the next 3 years then I think they match and this isn’t happening. But would make the Sabres even more interesting if this came to fruition.

There is absolutely zero reason for CHI to do that trade.

That is interesting, there is absolutely no reason for the Sabres to make any of those trades.
Dumba and Gudas are not $10,000,000 better than Jokiharju and Lyubushkin.

I suggest you do your homework on teams you include in trades. The Blackhawks tanking this year show that they're nowhere near flipping draft picks for veteran players. They've got Jones, Murphy, and Zaitsev on the right side with several prospects on the verge of challenging for roster spots.

Most every Sabres fan on here is buying, not selling in their trade proposals.

Lol Hawks paying for veterans Jesus.
Some of these acmgs dont even make any sense yet i get flack from Sabres fans for trading a top4 young puck mover @1.4M to them for a 2nd rndr.
Yet they trade an awful d to a tanking team for a 3rd.
Make it, make sense.

Lucic would be last player Sabres would sign.
Dumba is not worth that contract.
There is no point paying that money too Gudas, so he can replace Lyubushkin. The upgrade is simply not worth economicaly.

Swayman is interesting, but still would prefer giving that 6 mil to Andersen/Varlamov/Raanta rather than give away the pick - simply because Levi is the real deal, and he needs mentor for year or so.

Well... I could see them moving all three of those players. If BUF could get a 2nd for Joki, I think they would have to do it. But yeah, I don't see them spending big on Dumba. Gudas on the other hand, I could see them getting him if they think they are playoff bound next year. Gudas is a beast in general, but especially in the playoffs. But not for that much and with that kind of term. Dude is 32 and has heavy miles on him.
