I thought this was serious when I saw the Sabres trade, then I saw the penguins. My comment about the Sabres trade is still. Sabres easily say no. Krebs is a part of the future and they won’t trade that for one year of an aging defenseman.

That Sabres trade is laughably bad. Brodie isn’t even worth the third round pick, never mind Krebs too.

take out Murray and Voit and replace with Knies and Woll and maybe the penguins consider if they are going full rebuild.

But they aren't, and Sidney crosby will retire a penguin, and if he waives for a Canadian team it's Montreal lol, same with Letang honestly.

Ya, Montreal makes sense. I suppose I was thinking about their NMC clause so it would reduce the return and players like Murray help balance the cap on an expiring deal.

I just said balance the cap... Hypothetically, if they waived to one team, say TO for the sake of the ACgm, it wouldn't be a one way street.
