    This might be the worst Canucks ACGM I've ever seen... Why? Why would we shoot ourselves in the foot like this? A 1st round pick for Kotkaniemi??? HELL NO! Moving the 11th overall pick in a stacked draft class when multiple local kids should be available in that area? HELL NO! OEL will be with this team for the next 3 years at least, deal with it and thank you so much for mortgaging our future while making the team worse, Prokop is terrible and if he wasn't the first NHL affiliated player to "come out" he wouldn't be under contract.

    KK is an untouchable. Canes aren’t moving their 2C for a middle 6 winger, especially when they would have to waste that first and other assets to replace what they would be losing in KK. He has been elite defensively and the offense has started to pick up as well. There is absolutely no reason for the Canes to move him.

    I'm fine with buying him out but the FO said they won't buy anyone out. Likely means Van has a 3rd pairing dman at $7m+.
