If these two trades were to happen and thats the best the Jets could get for Helle the 2023 2nd should be going to Winnipeg and the 24 2nd to the Leafs.

If Helle comes with an extension then the deal should be like you said.

Now just to trade away Dubois and the contract of Schmidt then sign severson and a starting goalie.

This still doesn't address Power's Partner. LyBush is better on 3P RD, I don't think he can handle the minutes playing w Power. Ideally, Joki would be 3P RD, but here, he would have to play w Power.
