Ha, ha! Why in the WORLD would we want to spend the 33rd overall selection in this draft for a RhD prospect?!? A RhD prospect whom you acquired for an AHLer?!?!?

Even though Axel Andersson has gone back to Sweden, I wouldn't exchange Timmins for Drew Helleson, Tristan Luneau or Noah Warren, so we'll wait for them to be NHL-ready. Forget this idea and hope that everyone else does, too.

Montreal aint retaining on Anderson. Assuming Nylander's new deal is $8.0m x 6 years, this would be like paying Nylander $10.5m a year for the first 4 years + giving away Xhekaj, a player the Habs would probably NEVER trade Toronto.

Also on a scale of 1-10 of how likely Josh is to being traded in the off-season, I would put it at a 1. Habs turned down offers at the deadline when teams are looking for players who play his style of game and returns are at a premium. I highly doubt they turned do those offers just to take less of a return in the off-season and retain money for 4 more years in the process.

Its the best offseason to get rid of him. Colorado need a PWF with Landy and Nichushkin probably never playing again. Leafs want grit and the Flames were always rumoured. He doesnt fit the Habs system and makes too much
