Not enough value for Durzi. Kings don't need picks, unless it's high value picks in the immediate term. Picks that can result in a player that helps in a year or two.

2024 late 2nd round and even later picks are likely 4 years from making an impact, if they ever do.

Ranger trade is absurd. If Drury decides to move Goodrow, he will just buy him way long before he thinks about giving up a 2nd round pick to trade him.

What do you need? I thought they needed to move some money out and clear room for Clarke and others to come in. This is a ton of picks. Great value.

Quantity doesn't necessarily equal quality. Every one of those picks should be after pick 50 in NEXT year's draft. The percentage of picks becoming NHL players at that spot in the draft starts dropping very quickly.

You're not wrong that Durzi is a guy that might get moved to start opening up some cap space. But the Kings will look at first or 2nd round picks in this draft, and LHD prospects or players. Primary need in the off-season is a #2LHD if they don't re-sign Gavrikov, and a #1A goalie if they can't re-sign Korpisalo.

Canucks aren't trading Hoglander. Despite media speculation, I suspect Vancouver has very little interest in acquiring Colton. They'll find a cheaper option for ~2 year term while other prospects work their way into the 3c position.

They're in no position to trade prospects or draft picks unless it's a player that REALLY moves the needle.
