No to the first two trades. If we want a shot at Nylander, we will bid on him next year, no reason to give up that many assets to a guy who has already priced himself out of Toronto

3 is fine at the TDL, not for the entire season.

4 is intriguing, I can see what you are going for, but I might put tighter restrictions on the 24 1st or maybe substitute it out for other piece(s) like the 23 2nd and 24 2nd and some other bits.

Seattle probably isn't going to let Sprong go for that low.

Why would Arizona trade Keller and the main piece coming back be a top 8 protected pick?

They could always trade away some of that for a replacement you know.

Because they also get one of the best D-prospect in the world in Mintyukov + Ryan Strome who’s pretty good, they have to have some players. In this scenario Keller requests a trade.

Like Nylander would choose Anaheim. Is it the outrageous taxes, or the half empty building. Or the chance to be part of a rebuild in the prime of his career. From those proposals you came up with Seattle not wanting to trade a bottom 6 guy.

For an almost 40 goal/90 point guy? If/when Keller requests a trade the line will be long won't include teams offering has-beens and lottery protected picks. This isn't Chychrun who had some warts defensively.

Unless it's a 3-way trade, that's unlikely to work out fir them.

Maybe 🤷🏻, but no assurance (or even suggestion) that that will happen. If (and it’s a big if) the Leafs move Willy or Mitch it’ll be for significant player(s) that can help the team win now.

Lane Hutson called
Asked where he was at the World Cup and how long Minty Cup's Playoff run was lol
I mean the young Russians a Great Regular Season Guy and until this year he had not real Playoff or Tournament Experience.
Once the guy faces his Peers his defensive weakness's cost not only him but his team big time.

Hutson has some defensive issues but he's in the USA's oldest and best Development systems under a Coach who as a Defensive Dman in NJD for a couple Cups.
He's overachieving a the highest levels that are not in the NHL and after another Year to polish up his game as he said it
I see him coming to the NHL with little to no issues if Pandolfo can get a fraction of what he got out of him this year on next seasons playoff push

I wrote ONE of the best prospects, not the BEST, chill. FYI Mintyukov couldn’t even be in the WC because of the war.

Yeah thats a crappy rule punishing the players.
Its not as if they're Pro War shooting Recruitment Commercials.
They have as little say in their countries politics as USA does
Its the illusion of choice there with The same 2 leaders swapping President and Prime Minister Jobs for Decades.
What would suggest to IIHF that punishing these people more is the solution?
