Allen is not better than Hart lmao. I can give you some many different statistic that say the opposite. Even if Allen was better he doesn't have value to Philly because they are rebuilding

We just took on Petersen's deal, we aren't trading for another older goalie. And before you say "he's better than Hart" compare theor GAAs and SV%s and then rethink your statement.
