I feel like Detroit has enough assets/capspace to get 14+Petry.

Wait you're trading 14 for 31/32, a 2nd, and a 4th?

Lol.

You're giving up way too much to MTL.

To move from 31/32 to 14 would also require the #22. The chart below is the most aggressive I've seen recently to move up in a draft, but it's based of existing trades. It could also be multiple 2nds depending on where those 2nds fall.

Depends. I'd toss around a few 2nds.

I'm being a bit selfish here, but would prefer PIT keep their prospects and the Hawks drop that pick going to PIT back a bit.

Yeah. I agree with this. Not much interest in Puustinen from me. If PIT needs to move a contract out for "contract limit purposes", we could just take some no namer that will never make it off their hands and assign him to the ECHL or something.

I see what you're saying. I'm not sure how much of a prospect Puustinen really is. He's 24 and small. Think the Hawks might want bigger forwards. Just not sure that PIT would do the deal on just Granlund and a 1st coming back to the Hawks.
