I wouldn't mind taking a flier on Mantha but would rather just get a pick for Dillon, could probably squeeze a mid to late 2nd for him.

**** is that defense tiny, not one guy taller then 6' and only Schmidt is 200 lbs.

LA can't afford Helle now or in the future. They need a cheap goalie to run 1A/1B situation. And they shouldn't be paying a 31yr old Helle anywhere close to $10m for any amount of years

They paid two 1st for Lekonen. Don't know where you are getting that 2nd from. Also just because a player has 1 year left, doesnt make it a rental because they do have the ability to resign

A rebuild would be good, but this would definitely have the Jets starting out behind the 8 ball with such poor value trades.

An equivalent for Girard is Hronek who was just traded for a 1st and 2nd, Olausson was a recent 1st, and you want to include another 1st, hence 3 1st rd picks and a 2nd. You trade that haul you aren’t doing it for a rental and YES Scheifle is a rental in COL. Tell me why doesn’t COL just sign ROR for 3x7 and save all the assets because that makes a lot more sense than the proposed nonsense.

Maybe because O'Reilly isnt as good and may not want to go back there.

ROR will go where the most money is offered always has always will. COL never does a hare brained trade like that for a rental no team in the league does.
