Don't really see any way Marchenko is available to begin with, but if it was gonna happen, it'd cost a lot more. Jarmo is in love with the guy and waited years for him to finally come to NA and he lived up to the hype as a rookie. He's a big part of the core CBJ want to build around.

realistically, the team wanted to get him comfortable at NHL speed to start so they didnt really ask him to do anything other than shoot, which he clearly did lmao. He probably wouldve finished with 10+ assists but a combo of bad puck luck and new linemates every game bc of injury held that stat down

i think in a full season with consistent lines (fingers crossed), he can get close to 30-20-50
