I don’t think a 3rd pick a year out is enough to get the Hawks to take on Granlund’s deal. They guy is a $5m cap hit for the next two seasons and $11m in actual cash.

Especially with the Hawks SENDING a 3rd. Only way Hawks are taking Granlund is with a 2nd attached to him and the value on that 2nd will need to be toward the top of the 2nd at that.

Both players being traded from CBJ are both astronomically more valuable than any player coming back.

Jackets would do POJ and the 2nd for boqvist. Petry is negative value to the jackets and the rest don’t have much value. Easy decline
