Yes- people seem to overvalue 3rd and 4rd rounders. If the Leafs took all of Anderson's salary and the Habs wanted out of his contract then perhaps.

Robertson's potential is greater than Trenin but realistically Robertson has no trade value at this time. Nashville would decline but the Leafs are better off keeping Robertson for one final go around anyway.

Two first rounders for an undersized winger seems a little wrong to me. Konecny is only 5'10" and all the Leaf whiners have been complaining about the Leafs being too small and soft. The biggest criticism of Dubas was he signed undersized player and here you are using up to 1st rounders to add another which really does not make any sense at all. Leafs decline this trade.

We won't be trading Z for Timmins, especially with retention. Timmins' a 6th/7th D, and I don't see much upside. I'd argue the Flames gave away 2 D that were just as good/better than Timmins for nothing in Valimaki(waivers) and Mackey(for Ritchie and Stetcher).
