Nothing to lose with this for the flyers, he can help guys like Cam York develop.

1 year deal for a proven vet and they can flip him at the deadline.

No complaints here. Practically every team trying to make a playoff run will want him at this price, even if it is just as injury depth.

Dude is a legend. He was a big help in the Panthers getting to the cup final. He deserves another contract in the NHL

He played fantastic for the Panthers this year. I'm shocked Chicago didn't offer him and his brother a 4M 1 year to insulate the Bedard

I thought he was washed, but was actually good this year and played a second pair role in the Cats final run. Good deal, hockey-wise.
