Firkus was a 1st last year.
Grebenkin was KHL Rookie of the Year.
Liljegren was a former 1st and arguably Toronto's most consistent dman last year.
Robertson is a former Leafs top prospect that could become something if given the playing time and if he stays healthy.
Plus a 2025 1st round pick (SEA).

So Tk for 1st, Firkus, Liljegren
Laughton for Grebenkin and Robertson

TK probably enough but that’s not close for Laughton. The deal isn’t enough. I’d prefer 1-2 premium picks or prospects rather than a handful of decent ones

Seattle isn't going to give up prospects for Nylander. Additionally contracts need to come off the books for Seattle to consider it. Look at the return Ottawa rec'd for Cat, not nearly what the Sens thought they could get but probably the best they could do. Whatever Toronto ACGM's think they are going to get for Nylander, they need to dial it back a little.

Debrincat and his team advised the Sens he would only sign an extension with Detroit (His Hometown Team). Other teams wanted assurances that he would sign and extension upon being traded and he and his agents declined. Ottawa was basically stuck sending him to Detroit for whatever they could get, as no one else would consider a deal without an extension. That's why so little came back in that deal. Nylander and his camp up until now have said no such thing.

The problem is just like DeBrincat, Nylander doesn’t help a team who still has a fatal flaw and it’s not a lack of forward position because Seattle is incredibly deep but they lack a true #1 goaltender which is why they couldn’t surpass Dallas in round 2

Plus Francis really thinks about the future more then the present and signing Nylander to like 10M a year could very much hurt them down the road
