    Carter Hart for Draisaitl……….

Add TK - a healthy Sean Couturier - Owen Tippett and then we can start discussing draft picks

I mean, if Drai just walks to UFA, Edmonton gets Hart for the 8 years sign and trade. Anyway it's not a serious Armchair GM post, I'm sure he stays in Edmonton forever)

Sure, it feels like they never do.) Btw, what are the top-9 centers expected to be for the Bruins next season?

So we rush and screw over our rebuild by acquiring an older McAvoy? McAvoy is a great player but he is not worth trading away multiple 1sts and two good players just for him.

Edit: 17 million a year is insane for any player. I can see the rise to 12-13 but jumping up to 17 is extreme.

Zacha and Coyle will 100% be there and there's still a chance Bergeron comes back. If no Bergy, wouldn't be surprised if they went after a guy like Schiefele or Lindholm. In house options would be Geekie, Frederic, Boqvist, Beecher. All kinda rests on Bergy's shoulders

The Jacobs family laughs at your suggestion of a full rebuild. They couldn’t possibly survive without their precious playoff game revenue!
In all seriousness Bruins ownership would rather see the team be a perennial wild card/fringe team that doesn’t contend for a cup than to undergo a full blown rebuild

Full blown 5+ season rebuilds really only work for teams in small markets with patient owners anyway
