As a hockey fan, I hope Bergy comes back for another season. Amazing career for a #45 overall draft pick. First ballot Hall of Famer in my opinion. 😁

An undersized 17 minute defenseman is not worth a 1st round pick, regardless of how far in the future you make it.

At most u would get a 2nd round pick for debrusk edmonton doesn’t have cap space to re sign him and 100% not gonna overpay for a middle 6 forward

Not only that, but he's public enemy no. 3 in Canuckland, and is just a less competent version of Luke Schenn but playing the left side. Even though he's an expiring contract, 3M is way too much to be paying for that even for just one season
