NSH declines this, as it isn't enough for Saros. The only piece in this trade that is really intereting for NSH is the 1st. NSH already has a logjam at defense and arent interested in anymore defensive prospects especially after they just drafted Moleyndk. UPL is nice because a goalie would be needed for NSH, but he isn't a main piece. Olofsson is just someone NSH isn't interested in and NSH's wing pipeline is already really full of prospects looking to make the roster. It looks like the forward group is set for this year. IMO any trade for Saros to BUF starts with one of Savoie or Ostlund and a 1st. NSH needs centers, and badly and Saros likely isn't going anywhere unless the proposal blows Trotz out of the water.

Gotta agree. If Johnson was replaced with Ostlund, id be game. Molendyk at the draft makes me not interested in Johnson and the rest is just cap equalizer in my view. I like UPL as he is a big Finn and we have a good history there but i wouldnt put great value on him.
