Dvorak traded to be a 1C is not something I thought I’d see today

Also can’t really see Boston and Montreal making trades either

Imo so long as he’s winning face-offs he’ll do just fine with pasta and Zacha on his wing. Also considering the difference between where the two teams are in terms of competitiveness I think it matter less

Habs dont need more forwards. Like Dvorak retained for a pick would be the best trade for the Habs. Even if they have to eat a contract, but no way they give away any picks

Boston gets nothing they want. Dvorak is a 3C.... which we have enough of.

Habs arent trading Dvorak for another winger then retaining plus adding picks. Moving money is extremely difficult right now, they arent doing anybody favours especially a division rival. They will have 15 forwards with 1 way contracts at camp if Dvorak is moved its for picks and retention is very unlikely on a 2 year term. Dvorak also wont be ready to start the year after surgery and will be on LTIR to start the season.
