Look at what you spent to get Maroon (and a C prospect). Now, look at Maroon's production last year. Then look back at what you have EDM giving up for him. Reevaluate.

If you're getting these types of returns MN won't be selling at the TDL because they'll be in contention.

Foligno probably tops out at a 2nd. His value won't change much due to teams getting him mainly for his "grit."

Goli, Maroon, MAF (not listed) probably each get 4th or 5th round picks, from teams looking to add injury replacement depth.

Zucc probably gets a 2nd, maybe a decent prospect on top of that.

Hartman is probably a 2nd also (his low cap hit helps a lot). He's, at best, a 3C for the rest of the Playoff teams in the league. More likely he is acquired to be a utility bottom-6 FWD.

Duhaime is a bit of a mystery return for me due to him being injured so much of last season. My gut says he could get a 3rd, but not much more.

Devils would much rather use their 1st on a goalie, or if there's an injury a bigger fish
