Why would Tampa move him for anything less than multiple prospects or high draft picks?

The real question is why would the Sabres move a premium piece like JJP for someone with a potentially lower ceiling that they let go years ago for nothing?

Because Buffalo management has SUCKED FOR YEARS AND SCREWED THAT ONE UP BADLY. TB says pound sand!! We'll definitely take the 30 goal scorer who was second in take aways by a foward in the league to Marner last year.
