Buffalo has already been working on addressing that, they brought in Clifton, Greenway and Johnson (each would have lead the Sabres in hits last year), and some of the younger players have been developing a more physical side to their game.

Clifton is the only good one but no one is scared of the guy. I like how he throws his weight around though. Erik Johnson is a #6/#7 defensemen at this point, I doubt he plays much. Greenway also doesn't do much

Don't mind Foligno, he's only signed through this year. Barclay that is just a horrible trade for the Sabres. Guys actual Salary is like 1.5mill more than his Cap hit for the next 2yrs, even the 3rd is more. Probably be different if we didn't have Girgensons the Skating Queen and Slokoposo.
