Like it or not, the Hawks don’t have any use for either of those guys. They don’t want to take on more cap or crowd the roster for free. They’re certainly not going to downgrade a pick to do so. You might be able to get an asset from another team for those guys, but this doesn’t make any sense for the Hawks.

Well that’s great cause we don’t want to trade Brodie he’s our best defensive defender

Then find another team to get you cap compliant. Chicago has no need for those contracts so youll have to pay the hawks to take them.

Hawks wouldn't trade a pick for Jarnkrok. Some team might, but not the Hawks. Timmins might be available on waivers if the Hawks have any interest. Again, not paying anything to acquire him.

I suggest you change the name of this thread to “Just a BAD idea”.

Hawks easily decline for the already mentioned reasons pointed out by other Chicago fans.

A team in the beginning stages of a rebuild trades a 2nd rd pick for a 31yr old forward and an RHD with injury issues.

Hawks have no need for more bottom 6 forwards. Decline.

32 in a few weeks with 3 years left on his deal not to mention a smallish winger (which the Hawks have covered in spades) and a bottom 6 the Hawks also have more than enough options for. Again as someone earlier said....Jarnkrok is worth a pick of some sort to some one....it just won't be the Hawks.

I’m gonna inform you of something no one talks about, Timmins is 24 years old & just had a 42 point pace with only 12 minutes a night, he is literally a Top 4 D in disguise but people Don’t realize that cause he doesn’t get to play much, y’all will realize how good he is soon enough, The only question is Injuries not talent & capability
