Definitely costs Montreal more to dump that much deadweight.

The Blues have zero use, room or cap for Dvorak.

With 18m cap space, not bad.

I don't see the Leafs going after Evans. Valuation is fair. I believe Leafs will use all of their deadline cap on a dman. Evans could be an interesting option if Kampf gets a season ending injury. But he is not a UFA, so it would complicate things for next year. Either way I would make this trade IF Kampf was out long term, otherwise no thank you.

Another team would easily pay a 4th though.

That Winnipeg deal is WOOOOFFFF for Winnipeg. LOL. Make it future considerations going to Winnipeg AND add a protected first going to Winnipeg. But realistically Montreal is in no rush to shed that cap. So they just hold onto them all.

Toronto doesn’t have the cap for that but I wonder if a jarnkrok for Evan’s deal could make sense

The use of Dvorak went out the door when the Blues grabbed Hayes. It would be cool to see Dvorak and Dvorsky on the same team.

It would be rude to move Evans for a 4th, he's an ideal 4C I think we keep him.
