Not a Myers fan but I do like the idea of picking up a RHD and I think he'd be an upgrade over JJ for 10-12 minutes a game. Frankie won't be out the whole season so who goes when he comes back?

Myers will go for more than that at the deadline.

Francouz is a big wild card. If he's actually healthy enough to come back options are more limited of course.

RHD is the Avs biggest need. They may also end up needing to add a forward too though and maybe a 4C depending on how a few new guys do.

i wouldn't be surprised if manson ends up on ltir at some point this year before playoffs which makes rhd even more of a weakness. But right now money is not our friend and in order to add anything worthwhile something has to go out

I think we solved this with Jones. He can roll in the 3rd pairing role 2 out of every 3 games by end of nov, and tbh wouldn't be surprised to see him become a Manson/Girard replacement if every need to be traded. He was pretty decent in chicago last year with absolutely nothing, other than JJ, around him.
