I'm sure you could get Reese Johnson out of CHI if TOR is actually interested, but CHI isn't burning a retention slot on a near league minimum contract. Especially not for a throwaway and a 7th.

Not that Chicago would do this trade idea (obviously they wouldn't) but you'd probably want Reese Johnson over Reaves on the roster, I know I would simply based on a speed alone

I dont think its gonna be on the forward end

Lines are good rn well maybe can rotate Reaves but meh its been fine.

Its gonna be on the Dcore.

That Dcore is lacking that element. Schenn helped but now hes gone

The value is fair otherwise. SJ is in a tight spot and will need that retention for a bigger contract.

Maybe sharks pay another team a 4th or something to do the retention and take the two 3rds. Can't imagine Kunin comes back next season, he's sucked this year
