The way Myers has been playing this season I'd rather keep him and our 1st instead of giving up the 1st for 2 less effective defensemen.

Edit: No one is giving up that much for a 33-year-old Josi who has another 4 years with a $9M cap hit.

Myers is playing like the Top-4 defenseman he always could be. Having Hronek in has made him so much better because he's not having to play 22 mins/night against the opposing team's best line. He's able to play 20 mins/night against the 2nd/3rd lines.

Very easy no for Vancouver. Fabbro is a #5 puck moving defender which isn't something Vancouver needs. Vancouver is looking for someone who is an upgrade compared to Myers in case of injuries (like what's happened with Soucy now).

Ideally its:

Hughes - Hronek
Soucy - TRADE TARGET
Cole - Myers
Brisebois/Friedman/Hirose/Juulsen

Or even a #2 RHD to drop Hronek down to a Top-4. Just depends on what the cost is from whichever team it is.
