Tbh I don't think the Jets have room for Sandheim. Samberg is taking Dillon's the 2nd pairing spot next year. Heinola will either be 3rd Left or 3rd Right. I also don't think we need to upgrade our bottom 6 defensively. Gus and Axel are the 13th and 14th forwards and have done a great job so far in my opinion. No need to take on a 32 year old Cizikas with 4 years left on his deal. I think he's a good player, but we need that roster spot for young guys like Kupari and Gus to get experience.

Wahlstrom is unproven, the Jets know what to expect from Ehlers. That's important for a team like the Jets who are on the cusp on contending this year.
