Minnesota looks to have their center situation set with Rossi/ JEE/ Hartman
Heidt is also having a crazy year and is showing why he was so highly ranked leading up to the draft and in his previous years before.

One thing they could use though is more ELC’s as they are so tight to the cap for a few more season.

This trade gives Minnesota 2 ELC RHRW which righty’s they need for 7OA which allows Boston to select their future top 6 Center in either

A young winger with 30+ goal potential and young winger with 50+ point potential?

Holtz immediately helps Minnesota and would probably play pretty good next to kap or boldy and lysell should be in the nhl next season.

Why would Carolina want Forbort... look at the Canes blue line right now. Defense is the last thing they need

They have high potential, but until they show it, the Wild will keep that pick and draft their own prospect with it.

Yeah Minnesota keeps the pick for pretty much all the same reasons you would trade Holtz and Lysell for the pick

Devils pass on giving up holtz for Ullmark. He’d be available in a swayman trade tho

You are 16th in the league in GA. I know goalies have sucked but you could still improve over deangelo.
