This doesn’t help the Blues for 5+ years and even at that point it’s a longshot it will at all.

Not saying it would be fair value but, if you removed Campbell from that deal it's monumentally closer to fair than the way you've proposed it.

No team is taking Campbell without serious incentive — this doesn’t cut it, especially with Askarov involved and Sissons with retention.
