Considering their need for top talent, surplus of RD and scoring wingers, I don't think the Blue Jackets take that offer for David Jiricek alone.

Unless they have lost complete faith in his ability to improve his skating, David Jiricek is literally untouchable. He's going to be a pillar of the team along with Fantilli.

This is flat out terrible for Edmonton why are we paying 2 1st round picks to downgrade the Defence and offence for a backup goalie this trade is absolutely horrendous and no gm with half a brain would accept this
