Retaining as well for the Blues? I don't think we could say yes fast enough. I don't even know who Mikko Kokkonen is but Brodie a high end 1 LD with a sweetheart deal for years on end and then a franchise goalie like Samsonov and a 1st even tacked on in 2026? Might be the 28th pick of the draft at that point.

Carlson is not the John Carlson he used to be...and he's a turnover machine, but that being said that trade is awful and the Caps hang up the phone. Laughable anyone would even imagine Willy and Reaves on the same bench. No way...not now, not never.
