    You might be right. Although I'd on'y do it if they felt Guentzel was going to be more than a rental. Rather target a number of other players with team control for a bit more.

    Penguins don’t want Kuzmenko.
    He doesn’t fit well with Crosby and Malkin.
    Penguins are more interested in a first round pick, Podkolzin, and probably Hoglander.

    Krebs has more value to Buffalo than anyone outside is going to want to spend. Bad target.

    I think Krebs is locked in as the 4 C going forward, until they find someone better, and he’ll be cheap.

    Sullivan would immediately say no due to lack of effort by Kuzmenko, but I think the precedent of the trade was to solidify a true Russian line for Geno.
