If Jiricek and CBJ cannot come back from the media reveal and terrible team response - "My 13 year old girl..." maybe there is trade to be had. Very few teams have the capitol or cap to make a trade. AZ is one of the few that could potentially be a partner.

If David Jircek isn't happy in Columbus, Then i doubt he's going to be happy with a team that's more than likely heading for Salt Lake City.

If Jiricek is on the outs, it's going to be a deal similar to Gauthier for Drysdale. It's not going to be a quantity for quality deal.

From the Coyotes perspective, I would give up a 1st round pick (either 2024 or 2025, but preferably 2025), a 2nd round pick, probably even two of them, plus Victor Söderström. Would Columbus do that you think?

AZ should be interested in listening to counter offers that involve Geekie, Gunther or But(to a lesser degree). It would mean a reduction in other parts of an offer but any of these prospects could be in play for Jiricek. Simishev should be off the table as the D-Core is the prime focus, and But is likely off the table as well as he is the moving to America buddy for Simashev.

Gunther and the 25 1st for Jiricek?

I think that's a solid offer, but CBJ still loses. If both players live up to their potential, Jiricek is a top pairing, RH dman. Gunther will be good, but he won't have the same impact as Jiricek.
