Oh, now y'all want Garland? smile

Rather it be Miki and Canucks add a little piece.

Canucks pass. Even though he’s not putting up as many points as the last 2 seasons, Garland has been one of our best forwards and the main reason our 3rd line has been so good. Moving him in season doesn’t make sense

Didn't matter much before, but now that we're in a WC spot it is more intriguing.

I was between Garland and Dakota Joshua, honestly.

That Toronto one is pretty bad for Detroit.
Two good young guys and a decent middle-6 forward for a guy on LTIR and an expiring FA who's a decent middle-6 forward.

It can be between who ever you want it to be but there's no way in hell the Canucks are trading either of them now

It could be an offseason deal if Van feels the need to move Garland for salary Rasmussen is someone I think Van could use as he has size which is something our forwards lack (other then Joshua and Miller.

Maatta has played well and could certainly take a spot if Ed isn't in. Perron and Holl though, not so much. (Plus, I waived Petry, though now I'm realizing that he has a NMC so I don't think that's possible.)

Maata has played exactly to the level he has been needed. He is the most likely to be dealt due to contract/return/play/usage/etc.

To that point, Chiarot has also had far less mishaps (hasn't played great, but at times good). Holl is whatever, still wish he didn't get signed but it doesn't hurt yet. Timmy adds to the logjam of bottom 4 D.

Not sure what you are watching with Perron, but currently would have him above Bert, Garland, Kostin, Fish, Ras, and Fabbri, while being on par with Sprong.

AJ should be moved as I don't see how he supplants Walman, Edvinsson, Wallinder.

Berggren could be moved as a piece to improve a position of need (physicality, top 4 D, defensive forward, etc.).

Ras could be moved as Veleno seemed to overtake him, but if he can be a key contributing plug moving anywhere in the lineup; he should be a cheaper, effective depth piece rather than over spending to do so in FA.

If the arrows mean he's larger, sure. Better overall, definitely not.
