Tampa Bay might consider that with POJ swapped out for another player.

The Hawks definitely decline. That trade boils down to Raddysh for a pick swap. Hawks aren't doing that. None of those 3 players add any value from the Hawks perspective. Vinnie and Ty could have been had for free if the Hawks wanted them.
