I think Tampa might have to move one more piece to make thentrade with Hanifin work, but if they can, they should get Hanifin now. If he really does want to play for Tampa, and JBB feels this season isn't lost, there's no reason not to get Hanifin now if the price is right.

I can’t see the Hawks putting in a claim for Sheary, his production has been pretty much non existent on a decent team like Tampa, I can only imagine what he will do in Chicago with their cast of characters.

I don't think Calgary makes a move that includes a guy who can opt to go to college for 1 season and then sign wherever he wants. The potential for his value is there but I think Calgary would be looking for control.
