"Isn't getting PLD" not a single team in the league is taking on that contract or pay to trade for him right now, too big of a gamble so when he improves his play for a year or two im sure some team will trade for him but it most certainly won't be Montreal

Really? I feel like after signing an 8x$8.5M and trending toward 19 goals and 38 points in y1 of that deal, he’d be an incredibly difficult player to move for much of anything

The Habs would be better signing me, PalHal (or any CF contributor) for 1m, and a UFA for 7.5m than having 8.5m PLD one their team.
