The ask for Hanifin is a roster player, good prospect, and at least a first round pick. I believe this gets it done because the Lightning have leverage because Hanifin wants to go here. Also, pretty good package to the Flames.

we can extend him, Tampa has reportedly been interested in Hanifin.

JBB should not give up 2 of his top 3 prospects along with a cheap Dman thats signed next year as well for Hanifin. the most i would give up is a 1st, 2nd, and Howard and thats only if Hanifin was signed to an extension under 6.5m
