Bruins aren't trading Lysell and sure as hell aren't trading Poitras for Tarasenko. Other 3 options are workable

Of course with his NTC Tarasenko just might want to rest this spring. Last two seasons he's been more of a 60 point player and has never been a top playoff performer.
    Is his value THAT high?

From everything I’ve heard, no team has put a 1st on the table. Some have a 2nd. Sens want a 2nd and prospect so I’m guessing the closest one is Beecher + 2nd!

    1. It's been confirmed that Tarasenko will open up his NTC for any Cup Contender.

    2. He's basically producing as much as last season when he fetched a 1st and a 3rd from the Rangers.

    3. His tenure with the Blues suggests he can be a top playoff performer.

Bruins will look elsewhere. No shortage of players on the market.

Forbort, a 2nd, and your choice of John Beecher or Brett Harrison for Tarasenko retained

    Dumping Forbort = Turning the 2nd into a 1st.

Every other seller is just as stingy.

    Good luck.

Contenders don’t have the cap space and those are the only teams that will be in on Tarasenko. There are better wingers out there with teams that understand that taking an expiring contract is part of the deal.

You won’t be getting a first from Boston. If it means he goes elsewhere, OK.

Maybe swap out the prospect for anyone not named Poitras, Lohrei, Lysell, or Farinacci

Keep him. Bruins goal isn’t to get older this year.

so do you just not know who poitras is?

spoiler alert: guys that can play center in the NHL as a teenager are worth more than rentals.

You were right all along that Ottawa would never get a 1st for Tarasenko.

    Congratulations.
