Besides what's said above TB would have to take Sergachev off LTIR be cap compliant before executing the trade.

The difference between Andersson and Sergachev in terms of skill is pretty negligible but Anderson is a bit better (Serg is the smoother skater and puck mover though). Andersson has the edge in cap hit and handedness, Sergachev has the edge in term. They would be pretty close to a 1 for 1, adding in Hanifin is just absurd.

It's an original thought. But gotta believe the Flames would want a first rounder for Hanifan, Andersson and 4m in cap than one Sergachev.
IMO, I would worry about Sergachev going to a rebuilding team. He's had lots of success playing with a very good Tampa team, with lots of support. Does his high level of play translate to a new team?

Calgary declines and so does Sergachev. Bolts don't have the cap space for it anyhow.
